Haul Aboard Junk is operated by Haul Aboard LLC.
These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Haul Aboard Junk ("Haul Aboard," "we," "us") from our business number, (904) 404-6264.
What we text about
Our text messages are customer care and service messages about a request or job you have with us. They can include:
- Replies to your questions and estimate requests
- Estimates and quotes
- Scheduling and rescheduling
- Appointment reminders and arrival updates
- Service updates about your job
- Customer support, including invoices and follow-up after a job
We do not currently send marketing or promotional text messages. If we ever do, we will only send them to people who separately agreed to marketing texts, as described below.
How you agree to receive texts
You can agree to receive texts from us by:
- Our website form: giving your mobile number on our estimate request form at haulaboardjunk.com/contact. The form explains, right under the phone number field, that you will receive texts about your request and appointments. It also has a separate, unchecked box for marketing texts; leaving it unchecked does not affect anything else.
- Texting us first: if you text our business number, we will reply to your message about your request.
- Asking us on a call or in person: if you tell us you would like updates about your job by text, we will note your request before texting you.
Agreeing to marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text at any time, and opting out never affects your estimate or service; we will contact you by phone call or email instead. Visiting our website does not sign you up for texts.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your request and job. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by calling (904) 404-6264 or emailing info@haulaboardjunk.com.
To start receiving texts again, reply START or ask us directly.
